		<description>I totally agree.  I&#039;ve had this experience with iRise.  I see the huge implications the software could have for our clients, but it often gets over shadowed by cost and doubt of success.  The question I have for you is, How do we ensure we are not over looking these feelings, if the client will not/can not express them to us?  Is this as simple as getting better at ready body language or is there another, possibly better way?
